We are currently hiring an experienced Handyman to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and general repairs. This position is suitable for male candidates with a biometric passport and no English language skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and painting
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in buildings and facilities
- Repair or replace broken fixtures such as faucets, toilets, light fixtures etc.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas are well-maintained
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Adhere to health and safety standards while carrying out tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, carpentry and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and team members

Salary:
A competitive salary of 1100$ per month will be offered to the selected candidate.

Location:
This job is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience working as a Handyman.

Accommodation:
This role does not come with accommodation. The candidate should be able to arrange their own accommodation.
