Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. This role offers a salary of 1400$ per month, accommodation, and visa sponsorship for Indian candidates with English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand the needs of clients and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the same industry (preferably in Sharjah)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred due to language requirements
- Must be willing to relocate to Sharjah if not already based there
