We are looking HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Nairobi. He /She will be responsible for managing employee attendance, payroll, and office adminsitrations.

Responsibilites:-

  • Maintain and track employee attendance and leave records
  • Assist in Payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Hr policies, employee engagements, and worplace compliance
  • Handle HR documentation, contract, and onboarding process.
  • Manage communication with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree r diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in the relevant field
  • Execllent communication skill
