Guest Service Assistant - Concierge

We are a luxury hotel located in the bustling city of Al-Rayyan and we are seeking a Guest Service Assistant to join our concierge team. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1200$ per month, ideal for Indians looking for English speaking jobs without prior experience. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. This is also an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
- Keep updated records of guest preferences to personalize their experience
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
