Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to project specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and changes
- Prepare progress reports for upper management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members to meet project goals
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Al-Kuwait (Preference for Indian candidates)
