Indian Construction Manager in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee project progress and ensure that all work is being carried out according to specifications and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as necessary to ensure financial targets are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or delays
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Kuwait (Indian nationality preferred)
