Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and customer service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al Buraymi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must have own visa or valid work permit in Al Buraymi
