Construction Project Manager


We are a construction company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects according to budget and timeline
- Oversee daily operations on construction site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred

As an Indian national working in Saudi Arabia, you must also possess a valid work permit or residency permit.
