We are a reputable property management company in Mecca and we are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties, ensuring they are in top condition for our clients and tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other repairs as needed.
- Inspect and troubleshoot any issues with the properties and equipment.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from clients or tenants.
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols when working on tasks.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients, tenants, and colleagues effectively.
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.
- Fluency in English is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month with potential for growth within the company.
