Part-Time Restaurant Manager
As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and other employees to create a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant during your scheduled shifts
- Train and supervise staff on company policies and procedures
- Create schedules for employees and ensure proper coverage
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menus or specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles for managing finances
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1100$ per month (pro-rated based on hours worked)
City: Isa Town, Bahrain (Preference for Bahraini or GCC nationalities)
Note: This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule may vary depending on business needs.
