Restaurant Manager


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Isa Town. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring quality and consistency in food and service, maintaining inventory levels, and handling customer complaints or concerns.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. A degree in hospitality management or a similar field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and develop team members to deliver high-quality food and service standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience with inventory management software (preferred)
