Fitness Trainer


A well-known gym in Al-Khor is seeking a dedicated and motivated Fitness Trainer to join our team. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized training programs and support to our clients, helping them reach their fitness goals. This position is open to all nationalities, but we highly encourage Pakistani and English-speaking candidates to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals and create personalized training plans
- Instruct and demonstrate exercises, techniques, and proper use of equipment
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their training plans
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients during their workouts
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Assist with gym promotions and events
- Continuously educate yourself on new fitness trends, exercises, techniques, etc.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Urdu or other languages is a plus)
- Prior experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA or similar)
- Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be physically fit with the ability to demonstrate exercises properly

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month plus commission on personal training sessions.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Khor but may require occasional travel within the city for client meetings or events.
