We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator Technician to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Machine Operator Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production processes. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe operation of the machines while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various types of machinery such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, etc.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality output
- Inspect parts for defects and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating machinery in a production environment
- Knowledge of various types of machines and their functions
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu or Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Must have valid residence visa sponsorship in UAE
