A well-established bakery in Ar-Ruwais, UAE is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. We are looking for a skilled individual who can create delicious and visually appealing baked goods. This position is open to all nationalities, with preference given to African and Malayalee candidates.

As our Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products are made to the highest standards and meet the demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in quality and taste
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train new Bakers on proper baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month.

This position is based in Ar-Ruwais, UAE.
