Handyman for Residential Property in Al-Khor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our residential property, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, with accommodation provided and a free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various areas of the residential property, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workspaces
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if required
