Handyman Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Handyman Supervisor to lead a team of skilled handymen in our company located in Al-Khor. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the handyman team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of handymen to complete various repair and maintenance tasks
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Train new team members and provide guidance to improve skills
- Develop and implement work schedules and manage workloads
- Purchase necessary materials and supplies for projects
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients regarding project details, updates, and any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, expenses, and inventory
- Address any performance or disciplinary issues within the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various repair techniques including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Malayalam (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Must have own transportation (car or bike)

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
