We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian and Pakistani restaurants in Medina. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maximizing profitability. Your duties will include recruiting and training staff, creating work schedules, handling customer complaints, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations. This is a seasonal job with the potential for permanent employment. No prior experience is required but accommodation will be provided for selected candidates.
