Part Time Handyman

We are in need of a skilled and experienced part time Handyman to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a part time position, with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on properties and perform necessary repairs
- Diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical issues
- Install and repair appliances, furniture, fixtures, and other equipment
- Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform other basic carpentry tasks
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies and materials
- Communicate with property owners regarding necessary repairs or upgrades
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with property owners and team members
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods of time, and working in various weather conditions
