Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel and accommodation for team members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
