An upscale restaurant in Muscat is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a high-end restaurant and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes while managing a kitchen staff. Must have knowledge of international cuisines, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain food quality and consistency. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Salary is competitive at 1200$, with potential for bonuses based on performance. Preference for Omani or expat chefs with experience in the Middle East.
