Livestock Specialist


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Livestock Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for the care, management, and health of our livestock animals. This includes feeding, monitoring and maintaining their living conditions, as well as overseeing breeding and disease control.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for livestock animals, including feeding, watering and cleaning their living spaces.
- Monitor the health and well-being of the animals on a regular basis.
- Administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of animal health and breeding activities.
- Coordinate with veterinarians for specialized care or treatment.
- Oversee breeding programs to ensure healthy offspring are produced.
- Implement disease control measures to prevent outbreaks.
- Train and supervise other staff members in proper livestock care techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with livestock animals.
- Knowledge of various breeds of livestock and their specific care needs.
- Ability to handle large animals safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee or Egyptian preferred).
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in all weather conditions.
- Team player with strong leadership skills.
