Part Time Handyman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part Time Handyman to join our team in Al Buraymi. This position is suitable for men who have previous experience in a similar role and are able to work without accommodation.

As a Part Time Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facility. This may include basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You must also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Previous experience in a handyman or maintenance role is required.

This is a part time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. The working hours will be flexible, but you must be available to work on weekends if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor electrical issues
- Complete more complex repairs such as patching drywall, replacing flooring, and installing fixtures
- Keep track of supply inventory and report any shortages or damaged items
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of any waste materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working with tools and equipment
- Communicate with management about any major repairs or projects that require outside contractors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
