Seasonal Barista (Indian Nationals Only) - Dubai



Our thriving coffee shop in Dubai is seeking experienced and passionate Indian baristas for our upcoming seasonal period. As a Seasonal Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure quality control by consistently maintaining the proper brewing techniques, measurements, and proportions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while providing product recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and with empathy.
- Uphold all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Attend training sessions to continuously develop your barista skills.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Dubai.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this seasonal position. In addition to your salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees.
