Job Title: IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. You will work closely with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that support the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all company technology systems.
- Develop and implement technology policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and develop solutions that support business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and other IT services.
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of technical failures or disasters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, hardware/software installation & maintenance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of developing successful technology strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience managing vendor relationships & negotiating contracts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Riyadh
