Senior Accountant



We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Muscat. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with financial software systems such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
- CPA or other relevant certification
- Experience in a senior accounting role or supervisory position
