Mason Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct masons in the construction of walls, floors, and other structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for projects
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Preferred:
- Indian nationality
- Previous experience working as a Mason Supervisor
- Proficiency in other languages such as Hindi or Arabic
