Construction Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE

Construction Manager (Malayalee candidates only)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, preferably with experience in the Middle East region. This is an urgent position and only Malayalee candidates with their own visa and without accommodation requirements will be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project budget and ensure cost-effective methods are used
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure timely completion within budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in Malayalam is required; proficiency in English is preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Note: This position does not require English language proficiency. Only Malayalee candidates with their own visa will be considered. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
