Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative tasks and duties for our company in Al-Rayyan. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month and is suitable for men with visa sponsorship available. Fluency in English is not required but preferred. This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to African candidates.
