Office Administrator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with experience in office administration and strong communication skills. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, organizing meetings and appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, screen and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage budget
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize meetings and take minutes when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1200$

Location: Al-Rayyan (with accommodation)

Visa: Free visa provided

Ticket: Free ticket provided
