Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contracts for our company in Khasab. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, clients, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract administration and a strong understanding of legal terms and conditions. They must also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with contract terms. This is a contract position, making it a great opportunity for students or those looking for flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on contract status
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Identify any potential risks or issues in contracts and take appropriate action to mitigate them
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract requirements are understood and met

Requirements:
- Previous experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of legal terms and conditions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Khasab.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work on a flexible schedule or are students looking for part-time work opportunities.
