We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Bayan, Egypt. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing top-quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming service
- Offer suggestions and recommendations based on hair type, face shape, and personal preferences
- Perform haircuts, styling, shaving, beard trims, and other grooming services with precision and attention to detail
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in men's grooming to offer the latest styles to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Sterilize tools and equipment after each use to ensure proper hygiene
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber in a professional setting
- Proven track record of providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services for men of all ages
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different hair types, face shapes, and how they affect hairstyles/grooming styles
- Ability to maintain a friendly demeanor while working under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Contract:
This is a contract position for an initial period of 1 year. The contract may be renewed based on performance.
