Indian Chef



We are in search of an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in El-Ain. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic Indian dishes using traditional cooking techniques and ingredients. Your main goal will be to provide our customers with a memorable dining experience by preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure that all dishes are consistently prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment in the kitchen
- Follow proper sanitation practices to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment
- Develop new menu items that reflect current food trends while staying true to traditional Indian flavors
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan special menus for events or promotions

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Indian Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and spices
- Ability to create unique and visually appealing dishes while maintaining flavor authenticity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, and working in hot environments

Salary:

We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and health insurance.
