As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our retail store in Medina. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and increase sales by assisting customers with their shopping needs. You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, restocking products, and providing product information to customers. You must have experience in retail sales and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain the store's appearance by restocking products and organizing displays
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

- Good physical stamina as the role requires standing for long periods of time
