As a Hotel Manager, you will oversee the operation and management of our hotel in Doha, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability. Your responsibilities will include managing and training staff, creating budgets and financial plans, maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers, and monitoring daily operations to ensure quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for marketing and promoting the hotel to attract guests, as well as handling any guest concerns or complaints. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality services. This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month, with opportunities for growth within our company.
