We are hiring a skilled and experienced Gardener to maintain and enhance our beautiful garden in Bayan. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for all aspects of garden care, including planting, pruning, weeding, and watering. You will also be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of plants and trees, as well as monitoring for pests and diseases.

Responsibilities:
- Planting new flowers, shrubs, and trees in designated areas
- Pruning and shaping existing plants to promote healthy growth
- Watering plants regularly and adjusting watering schedules based on weather conditions
- Weeding garden beds and removing any debris or dead plants
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed to maintain plant health
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the garden by mowing lawns, trimming edges, and raking leaves
- Monitoring for pests and diseases, taking necessary measures to control them
- Cleaning and maintaining garden tools and equipment
- Communicating with management about any issues or concerns regarding the garden

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various types of plants, flowers, trees, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, shears etc.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with an initial term of 6 months. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.
