Barista


We are currently hiring for the position of Barista in Abu Dhabi for our coffee shop. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience working as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare beverages according to company standards and customer preferences
- Operate machinery such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Restock supplies when needed
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and prices
- Follow health code guidelines at all times

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
