Warehouse Manager (Indian Nationals)

We are a leading logistics company based in Riyadh and we are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Manage a team of warehouse staff and ensure efficient use of labor resources
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse processes
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
- Train and mentor new employees on company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy of inventory records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Indian national with fluent English speaking skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. SAP, WMS) is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
