Warehouse Manager for Indian Nationals in Riyadh


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of goods.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accuracy.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Train new employees on warehouse processes and procedures.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or delays.
- Analyze data on warehouse performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Experience in managing a team of at least 10 employees.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary: 1100$ per month + accommodation provided. This is a full-time position but part-time options can be considered for students with relevant experience.
