Personal Trainer - Fitness Coach


We are in search of a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Dubai. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized fitness programs for our clients based on their individual goals and fitness levels. You will also provide guidance, support, and motivation to help clients reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, health history, and goals
- Develop personalized fitness programs for each client, taking into account any injuries or limitations
- Instruct clients on proper form and technique for various exercises
- Demonstrate and supervise exercises during training sessions
- Provide modifications or progressions as needed to challenge clients
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their program
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate with other trainers as needed

Requirements:
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Strong communication skills; able to effectively explain complex concepts to clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent customer service skills; able to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary: 1500$ per month (tax-free)
Location: Dubai (candidates from India preferred)
Language Requirement: Fluent in English
