Construction Project Manager
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates


We are a construction company in Sharjah seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the city. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets and develop contingency plans
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project
- Lead regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address any issues or concerns, and make necessary adjustments to plans if needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation. This is a contract position but has the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. This role is also suitable for students looking for hands-on experience in the construction industry.
