Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa and ticket. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects
- Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
