We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising the construction process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor progress and ensure project stays on schedule
- Manage budgets and expenses for each project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on project status
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. The position is open to Egyptian nationals only. English language skills are not required for this job. The company does not provide accommodation but offers visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
