We are a leading construction company in Sharjah and we are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC to join metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in the construction industry
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Physically fit and able to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work
- Valid biometric passport (preferred)
- Fluent in English (preferred)
- Malayalee nationality (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment according to specifications
- Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques on various metal components
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain clean work area and proper storage of equipment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
