Indian Restaurant Manager in Doha


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. This position requires an individual who is fluent in English and has experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, staff management, and financial performance
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards
- Create schedules for employees that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws and budget constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the restaurant

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport or residency permit for Qatar
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in training and developing staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed

Salary:
1500$ per month (tax-free) with additional benefits such as accommodation allowance, transportation allowance, annual flight ticket allowance, medical insurance.
