We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment by using various welding techniques. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, operating welding equipment, and conducting quality control checks to ensure the finished product meets industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Welder and possess excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity. You should also have good knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Set up welding equipment according to project needs
- Operate welding tools such as gas torches, electric arc welders, and plasma cutters
- Inspect materials for defects before beginning the welding process
- Conduct test welds to evaluate optimum settings for different materials
- Use various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ensure all safety standards are followed while performing tasks
- Monitor equipment for any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Good knowledge of different welding techniques
- Physical strength and stamina
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid professional certification is preferred
