Experienced Barista in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are a well-known coffee shop in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee bar area and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area, including equipment and utensils
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Biometric passport required for non-Kuwaiti applicants
- Must have own accommodation in Al Ahmadi or surrounding areas

Salary: $1300 per month
