Junior Construction Manager


We are currently seeking a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position is ideal for freshers who have a passion for the construction industry and are looking to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing construction projects
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure plans are followed accurately
- Oversee safety protocols on construction sites
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to resolve any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with project management software
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
$1000 per month
