Floral Designer


The Floral Designer will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions and events. They will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through their designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, a creative eye, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create custom floral arrangements for weddings, parties, funerals, and other events
- Source and select the best quality flowers and foliage for each arrangement
- Use various techniques such as wiring, taping, and gluing to create unique designs
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to the event theme
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new stock as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Ensure all arrangements are delivered on time to the correct location
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and plants
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that meet client specifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Hawalli, Kuwait (open to African or Egyptian nationals)
