We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Hawalli. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. We welcome applications from Indian candidates with valid visas.
