Construction Project Manager (Indian Nationals) - Hawalli, Kuwait



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will be an integral part of our diverse and dynamic workforce. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and possess strong leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage multiple stakeholders involved in projects.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards for construction projects
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Prepare regular reports on project status for senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Manage budget allocations by reviewing cost estimates against actual expenses
